William H MacDonald, 80 years old, Kittery, ME

William (Bill) has recently passed, he was son to Norman and Ellen Macdonald of Dorchester, MA. Bill lived a fulfilling life as Father to three children, Kristen Ryan, Teresa Abbett and Bill Macdonald, brother to six siblings and only surviving sibling is Paul Macdonald of Dorchester, MA, and husband to Phyllis Macdonald, Mother to his three children.

Mr Macdonald was an Major(Retired) in the U.S. Army and worked the majority of his career at the Pilgrim Nuclear Station in Plymouth, MA and the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth NH. He enjoyed Red Sox Games and reading old novels during his spare time.

Funeral services will be kept private and for immediate family only. Those wishing to honor his life can make a donation in his name directly to the local food pantry.
