Farmington- William F. MacKinnon Sr. (Bill), 55, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2018 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice surrounded by loved ones after a long courageous battle with diabetes.

Born on July 27, 1962 to parents, Joseph and Rose Marie MacKinnon. Bill loved and took pride in his business, MacKinnon & Sons Excavating. Work was made even more meaningful because Bill was working with his sons.

Bill enjoyed visiting family in Prince Edward Island, snowmobiling, and riding his motorcycle. He was always the life of the party and the class clown.

Bill is survived by his co-pilot Charlie (his #1) and his three children; sons: William MacKinnon Jr. and wife Danielle, Nicholas and wife Tia, daughter; Tanya Pozdziak and husband Matthew. Six grandchildren; Caleb, Bryce, Aubrey, Peyton, Maddox and Madison, as well as seven brothers and sisters; Helen, Tracy, Donna, Patricia, Kristen, Joseph and Shawn.

He was predeceased by his parents.

Services: Calling hours will be at the Bernier Funeral Home, 49 South St., Somersworth, Friday, February 23, from 5-7p followed by a prayer service.
